国内外Cr12型模具钢组织和性能对比

摘    要:通过成分分析、冶金质量评定、显微组织观测、能谱分析及硬度、冲击、拉仲实验,对4种Cr12钢的组织与性能进行研究,包括DAIDO DC11、ASSAB XW41及两种国产Cr12钢.结果表明,与DC11、XW41相比,国产Cr12型模具钢力学性能较差,主要原因在于共晶碳化物不均匀度级别较高,形态较差;非金属夹杂含量较高.其次,碳含量偏高,碳化物形成元素偏低.

Abstract:Microstructure and mechanical properties of four kinds of Cr12 die steels which were two abroad DAIDO DC11 and ASSAB XW41 steels and two domestic Cr12 die steels were studied by means of metallurgical quality analysis,chemical compositions analysis,microstructure observed,energy dispersive spectrometer analysis,and hardness,impact,tensile test.The results show that domestic Cr12 steels have bad mechanical property.The main reason is the worse morphology and asymmetry grade of eutectic carbides,and higher content of nonmetallic inclusions.Secondly,carbon content is on the high side and carbide-forming elements are on the low side.
