高重合度圆柱齿轮传动多目标优化设计

摘    要:以重合度最大、体积最小、弯曲强度相等为目标函数,建立了圆柱齿轮传动多目标优化设计数学模型,采用带精英策略的快速非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)进行优化求解。对高速重载斜齿圆柱齿轮传动进行了高重合度优化设计,得到了Parteto最优解,并从中选择了一个优化方案与原始方案进行对比,结果显示高重合度圆柱齿轮传动的强度有明显提高,体积也有一定的减小。

Abstract:The multi-objective optimum model for maximal contact ratio,minimum volume and equal to bending strength of high contact ratio cylindrical gear drive is established,the Pareto optimal solutions are obtained by using a fast elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-Ⅱ).An example of multi-objective optimization design of high-speed heavy helical cylindrical gear drive is studied,an optimal scheme selected from the Pareto optimal solutions is compared with the original scheme,it shows that bending strength of the optimal scheme is enhanced and volume decreased slightly.
