高职通信技术专业实行“三位一体”双导师制的探索与实践

摘    要:导师制是学分制实施的有效保障。以高职通信技术专业为试点,实行"三位一体"双导师制,以学生知识学习、能力训练、素质培养三个方面为目标,以专业教研室为主体,校内校外导师协同工作,共同培养高素质技能型人才,这是对班导师制的补充完善和有益拓展。

Abstract:The tutorial system is an effective guarantee to implement credit system.Higher communications technology specialty is taken as a pilot major to implement trinity double tutorial system: with the professional teaching and researching section as the main body,intramural and extramural teachers team up to cultivate high quality skilled personnel,targeted at students' knowledge learning,ability training and quality training,is the complement and beneficial development to class teacher system.
