高职通信技术专业实行“三位一体”双导师制的探索与实践

导师制是学分制实施的有效保障。以高职通信技术专业为试点,实行＂三位一体＂双导师制,以学生知识学习、能力训练、素质培养三个方面为目标,以专业教研室为主体,校内校外导师协同工作,共同培养高素质技能型人才,这是对班导师制的补充完善和有益拓展。
