尺度稳定阳极催化氧化乙二醛制备乙醛酸研究

摘    要:采用尺度稳定电极为阳极,以乙二醛为原料,研究了支持电解质浓度、乙二醛起始浓度,电解时间,电流密度等条件对乙醛酸产率和阳极电流效率的影响。在选择的条件下,乙醛酸的产率为85.86%,电流效率达到79.6%。

Abstract:Glyoxalic acid was synthesized by oxidizing glyoxal electrocatalytically using dimensionally stable anodes(DSA).The effects of concentration of supporting electrolyte,initiative concentration of glyoxal,electrolysis time and current density on yield of glyoxalic acid and current efficiency were investigated.Under selected conditions,the yied of glyoxalic acid was about 85.86% and the current efficiency was 79.6%.
