摘    要:本文对一种新型高温合金的磨削加工性能进行了实验研究。通过对采用不同砂轮时磨削力随磨削过程变化的比较 ,分别得出不同磨料下磨削力变化的一般规律 ;通过正交试验法对高温合金材料试件进行磨削试验 ,分析得到在一定平台移动速度下的磨削力经验公式 ,并研究了磨削工艺参数对加工性能的影响 ,为生产中采用CBN砂轮以合适的磨削参数对该材料工件进行加工提供了理论依据

Abstract:The grinding performance of a new kind of nickel based high temperatur e alloy is systematically studied through experiments. According to the comparis on of grinding force changes in the grinding process by using several kinds of g rinding wheels, the general rule of grinding forces of different grinding wheels is obtained respectively. On the basis of orthogonal designed experiment, the e xperiential formula of grinding force is deduced and the effects of machining pa rameters to the performance is summarized under the condition when the feed spee d is constant. The theoretical basis for applying CBN grinding wheel to machine the alloy is provided.
