摘    要:介绍了N,N′-二苯氧乙氧基丙基二硫代二丙酰胺(PEPD)等5种二硫代二丙酰胺类化合物(PD)的合成,采用红外光谱(IR)和核磁波谱(1HNMR)对其进行了结构表征。并对这5种化合物进行了抑菌和杀藻的生物毒性研究,抑菌实验结果表明,5种受试化合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、裂殖酵母菌均具有较好的抑制效果,其中PEPD对3种菌株的MIC值分别为0.1250mg/mL、0.0625mg/mL、0.1250mg/mL;杀藻实验结果表明,5种化合物对湛江叉边金藻等4种藻类均具有较好的杀灭作用,其中以PEPD的抑制性能最显著,24h和48h的LC50分别为2.10μg/mL和1.55μg/mL。以5种化合物为防污剂制备了海洋防污涂料,5个月的实海挂板结果显示较空白板只有少量大型污损生物附着。

Abstract:N,N′-di-phenoxyethoxypropyl-dithiodipropionamide(PEPD) and other four dithiodipionamide deriva-tives were synthesized and their structures were confirmed by IR and 1HNMR.The bioassay results show that all the five compounds possess good antibacterial and anti-algae activities,the MIC value of PEPD with Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Fission yeast are 0.1250mg/mL,0.0625mg/mL,0.1250mg/mL,24h and 48h LC50 value of PEPD against Dicrateria zhanjiangensis are 2.10mg/L and 1.55mg/L.The five testing compounds are also studied as antifoulants in antifouling paint,test panels immersed for more than five months are covered with a little macrofou-ling organisms.
