| 摘 要： | 种分槽是氧化铝生产的重要设备之一.无论是运行设备的停产检修,还是新设备的加装投产,搅拌系统的安装都是项目的关键点.因此,如何安全、高效的完成种分槽搅拌系统的安装,是我公司乃至同行业设备管理工作中亟待解决的问题.本文将详尽的阐述,通过对种分槽搅拌系统传统安装法的分析,提出工艺改进方案,并在生产实践中得到充分应用,取得良好的效果.

| Abstract: | Seed precipitator is one of important equipment in alumina production.Therefore,the installation of the agitation system is a key issue,not only when it is under repair during operation,but also when new equipment is installed,which is faced by all people in this field.The paper analyzes the traditional installation method and puts forward the improvements,which has achieved better results. |
