摘    要:中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司采用热联合技术,以Szorb装置热油代替蒸汽作为MTBE装置催化蒸馏塔及甲醇回收塔重沸器的热源,以降低蒸汽消耗.但由于实际运行后,热油温度低于原设计值、催化蒸馏塔塔底温位高、取热量较小,节约蒸汽效果不显著.经过Aspen Plus流程模拟优化操作,降低催化蒸馏塔操作压力以降低塔底温位,...

Abstract:In the MTBE unit of Sinopec Jinan Company,hot oil was used in Szorb unit instead of steam as the heat source for reaction distillation column and methanol recovery tower to reduce the consumption of steam.Because hot oil temperature was lower than the original design specification after the operation and the temperature of reaction distillation column is high,the heat removal was low and steam saving was not significant.After optimization by Aspen Plus process simulation and reduction of operating pressure ...
