| 摘 要： | 手性药物的外消旋体拆分技术是医药领域研究的重点和热点。本文阐述了传统的手性拆分化技术,对其优缺点进行了比较,并对酶法拆分技术、生物膜拆分技术、萃取拆分技术等前沿拆分技术做了详细介绍,另外还对手性拆分技术的应用前景和发展趋势进行了预测。
