过渡金属组氨酸水杨醛Schiff碱配合物的合成及生物活性

Abstract:Four new transition metal complexes with Schiff base of salicylaldehyde - histidine [ Cu ( His - Sal) ,Ni ( His - Sal), Co ( His - SaI), Mn ( His - Sal), His = Histidine, Sal = SalicylaIdehyde ] were synthesized. The structures were characterized by UV, IR, elemental analysis, molar conductance. The fluorescence spectra showed four kinds of complexes could strongly quench the fluorescence of BSA. The antibacterial activity experiments showed different bacteriostasis effects of the complexes against staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, bacillus subtilis, pseudomonas aeruginosa.
