摘    要:以齐鲁分公司丙烯腈装置在生产过程中产生的废水为研究对象,研究了混凝剂加入量、pH值对浊度去除率和COD去除率的影响。实验结果表明:经PAM和PAC复合混凝剂处理后出水CODCr由1760 mg.L-1降为992 mg.L-1,CODCr去除率为43.64%,浊度去除率达93.01%。

Abstract:Qilu branch acrylonitrile device in the production process of wastewater generated as the research object, studied the influence on the removal efficiency of turbidity and COD by the coagulants addition amount, pH value. Experimental results showed that: CODcr of water which treated by the PAM and PAC compound coagulant, dropped to 992 mg ·L^-1 from 1760 mg · L^-1, and CODcr removal rate was 43.64%, turbidity removal rate reached 93.01%.
