宝钢中间包内衬结构优化及保温技术应用

摘    要:通过优化宝钢中间包内衬保温配置研究,获得了一套安全、稳定、长寿、节能和保温的中间包内衬耐火材料的配置技术,即由普通的砖砌型中间包改为采用纳米微孔隔热板、轻质保温砖以及低水泥半轻质莫来石浇注料整体浇注的中间包,不仅使包壳降温更加明显,而且减少了中间包浇铸过程中的钢水温降和温度波动,提高了铸坯品质。

Abstract:A set of safe,stable,long-life,energy saving and heat insulation refractories configuration technology was obtained by optimizing the lining insulation configuration of tundish in Baosteel.That is,the normal brick-laying tundish was changed to the integral casting tundish using nano microporous insulating boards,light-weight insulating brick and low cement semi-light-weight mullite castables.After optimizing,not only the temperature drop of tundish shell was obvious,but also the temperature drop and temperature fluctuation of molten steel during casting were reduced,and the quality of cast billets was improved.
