| 摘 要： | 洛钼集团金属材料有限公司钼精矿焙烧烟气采用WSA湿法制酸工艺。介绍了WSA湿法制酸装置熔盐系统工艺流程,生产中熔盐系统出现过熔盐阀失灵、电伴热烧断、管道泄漏、堵塞、熔点升高、开车受阻等问题,技术人员采取一系列措施解决了问题,保证了WSA湿法制酸装置平稳运行。
