Zn坡缕石负载纳米TiO_2复合粉体光催化性能研究

摘    要:采用离子交换法制备了Zn坡缕石粉体,并以TiCl4为原料,用中和水解法制备了Zn坡缕石负载纳米TiO2(Zn-P/TiO2)复合粉体.采用XRD、SEM对粉体的粒径、物相及结构进行了表征.采用UV-Vis测试了其光响应性能;对亚甲基蓝溶液的脱色试验结果表明:Zn-P/TiO2复合粉体在紫外和可见光波段均具有良好的光响应性能,对浓度为50mg/L亚甲基蓝溶液的脱色率最高可达到92.5%.

Abstract:The Zn-palygorskite powder was prepared by the means of ion-exchange and the Zn-palygorskite loaded nano-TiO2 (Zn-P/TiO2) compound powder was synthesized by the method of neutralizing hydrolysis taking titanic chloride as raw material. The particle size, phase transformation and structure of the compound powder were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and SEM. The performance of photoresponse was tested by the UV-Vis.
