| 摘 要： | 在船舶自动化电站中,机组启动成功与否的判别是以点火转速为条件。传统的测速方法需附加测速装置及硬件电路,结构复杂、成本高且降低了系统的可靠性。基于PLC的点火转速检测方法可以实现软件测速。PLC采样发电机的剩磁电压,通过软件编程测取剩磁电压的周期,来获得原动机的点火转速信号。采用软件测速不需要附加转速检测装置,硬件电路简单、工作可靠、成本低。

| Abstract: | In marine automatic power station,fire speed is used to judge if engine start is successful or not.Traditional method for measuring fire speed needs odditional measuring devices and hardware circuits.They are complex,expensive and reduces the reliability of the whole system.The method based on PLC is to measure fire speed with software.PLC samples the remanence voltage of generator and measures its period with software to get the signal of fire speed.Speed measurement with software needs no speed measurement devices.It is simple,cheap and reliable. |
