激光快速成型技术在模具设计中的应用

摘    要:激光快速成型技术是一种新型的添加成型技术。在模具设计中,根据离散堆积原理,利用合适的材料,采用一种全新的成型方法——分层加工、迭加成型,可实现任意复杂形状的模具样件的快速制造。其应用已从单一模型制作向快速模具制造及快速铸造等多用途方向发展,为实现模具设计的短周期、多品种、低费用、高精度提供了一条捷径。

Abstract:The laser rapid prototyping technology is a new type of adding forming technology.In the design of mould,based on dispersed or accumulated forming principle,using proper materials and adopting a new forming method — hierarchical processing and superposed forming,can rapidly make any complicated prototypes or parts.And its application is developed from the single model making to the rapid mould making,the rapid casting making and so on versatile purposes.It provides an easy way to realize the mould design of short cycle,various products and low costs.
