提高神华煤气化水煤浆浓度的可行性研究

摘    要:在实验室分别采用自主研发的高浓度制浆新工艺与上海焦化有限公司气化水煤浆的制浆工艺进行了实验,实验结果表明:新工艺可使煤浆浓度提高3%以上,并对新工艺和添加剂SHPF与上海焦化现采用的制浆工艺和添加剂进行了对比。

Abstract:A comparison test was conducted between the high concentration CWM production new process provided by the China National CWM Engineering Technology Research Center and gasification CWM production process provided by the Shanghai Coking and Chemical CO. LTD. Following the workout, the new process can increase the CWM concentration more than 3%. At the same time, the additive used and process between of them were also compared.
