Decoration Pattern Design based on Iteration Function System

Iteration Function System(IFS)is an important branch of fractal theory. The pattern that beats all and is not easy to imitate,can be generated by iteration function system. This paper first presents the iteration function system,and then discusses emphatically the method and progress for designing patterns with IFS,and shows the pattern output with Delphi programming. There is a bright future for the pattern generation technology in decorating pattern design, such as furniture clothing design, decorating fresco design,hotel decoration pattern design,etc.
