| 摘 要： | 运用C方法对介质膜基底反射光栅的衍射效率进行了详细的理论分析。在此基础上用正弦函数的高次幂作为光栅的槽形函数编写了介质膜光栅衍射效率计算程序,数值计算结果表明了C方法在计算介质膜光栅衍射效率的可行性。

| Abstract: | The diffraction efficiency of dielectric reflection grating is investigated theoretically with C method , and the program was written to calculate the efficiency by taking the super-sinusoid function as the grating profile. The feasibility of calculating the diffraction efficiency of dielectric reflection grating with C method are proved with computation results. |
