摘    要:黄色过重的白酒可以选用酒用脱色炭A、B进行脱色,A型脱色能力优于B型,B型损香较小;酒用脱色炭用量以0.2%最佳,色度深的酒必须增加炭的用量,有时可能达到2%.

Abstract:Decolorizing carbon A and B were used to decolorize liquor in yellow. The results suggested that A had better decolorizing effects but B caused less flavor loss, the optimum use level was 0.2%, and the use level should be increased to 2% in decolorizing the liquor in deep yellow.
