基于事例推理的漏磁无损检测数据处理方法

摘    要:在漏磁检测中,由于实际工况条件的不同,获取全面的实际数据非常困难,得到的数据也非常有限,因此很难对检测到的数据进行分析。基于事例推理的方法通过应用成功事例的经验来解决新问题,适用于漏磁检测数据分析。介绍将基于事例推理的方法应用于漏磁无损检测数据分析处理的理论和方法,分析了漏磁检测的影响因素模型、事例库的组织、事例的检索和事例的复用与保存。该方法可增强测试系统的智能度,提高信号识别与解释的精度。

Abstract:To obtain practical trial data is costly and time consuming and therefore data is limited in magnetic flux leakage(MFL) testing. It is often quite difficult to interpret MFL testing data. Case-based reasoning (CBR) methodology for solving new problems based on previous successful solution cases is suitable for the data interpretation in MFL nondestructive testing. The application of CBR to interpreting the data from magnetic flux leakage testing has been described, and the affecting factor model, structure of case database, and the retrieval, reuse and storage of the cases for MFL testing have been analyzed. The methodology can be used to improve the intelligence of the testing system and the precision of signal recognition and explanation.
