钢结构部分熔透焊缝的超声波检测分析

摘    要:建筑钢结构的某些重要构件虽然采用部分熔透的焊缝,但由于其使用条件的特殊性,设计也会将其定为二级焊缝,需要对其进行超声波探伤,以保证其质量满足施工要求。本文通过工程实例,介绍了钢结构部分熔透焊缝的超声波检测分析方法,以供同行参考。

Abstract:Some important components of steel buildings make use of partial penetration weld. However, due to the special nature of their using conditions, the design will be given for the two welds, which requires carrying out the ultrasonic testing to ensure its quality meeting the construction requirements. Through engineering example, the paper describes ultrasonic testing analysis methods of the steel partial penetration weld, which provides a reference for the peer.
