摘    要:带式输送机输送带跑偏引起撒料,输送带损坏,运行阻力和功率损失加大等弊端,使其运输能力和经济效益显著下降。对带式输送机输送带跑偏实施有效控制已成为人们关注的问题。提出了带式输送机自动调偏的方法和原理,对自动调偏系统的机械传动装置进行了初步设计。

Abstract:The deflection of conveyer belt in the running causes to lose materials, damage the belt, increase the resistance of moving and power losing, therefore making its transport capacity and economic benefit decline apparently. The valid control to the deflection of conveyer belt has become the problem concerned by many peoples. Puts forward the method and principle to adjust the deflection of conveyer belt automatically and carries out the introduction design to the mechanical gearing design of automatic system to adjust the deflection of conveyer belt.
