| 摘 要： | 对乙苯装置苯塔重沸器热媒系统做了较为详细的介绍,从投资、占地面积、平面规划、控制方案及装置运行稳定性等方面,对乙苯装置各塔重沸器热媒的选择和苯塔底重沸流程的选择进行深入的对比。结合实际,参考同类及相似装置在实际生产中的运行情况,对几种方案的可行性进行讨论。

| Abstract: | The heating medium system in reboiler of ethylbenzene unit was introduced.Choice of heating medium in reboilers of ethylbenzene unit and choice of reboiling process in the bottom of benzene tower were compared from aspects of investment,occupied area,floorplanning control methods and stability of plant operation.Combined with practical conditions and referenced operation conditions of same and similar units,feasibility of several plans was discussed. |
