喷射成形Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的组织与性能研究

摘    要:对喷射沉积制备的高zn(11.3wt%)Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金进行挤压和热处理,并测试了力学性能。通过透射电镜和扫描电镜对拉伸试样的微观组织进行了研究,提出了合金的强化机制。结果表明,该喷射沉积Al-Zn-Mg-cu合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为849MPa、796MPa和3.3%。合金的强化主要来源于纳米晶强化、固溶强化以及沉淀强化。断口分析显示,合金的断裂方式主要为沿晶断裂。

Abstract:Spray formed Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy with high Zn content(11.3 wt%) was extruded and heat treated,and its mechanical properties were tested.Microstructures of the tension sample have been investigated by TEM and SEM,and strengthening mechanism of the experimental alloy was put forward also.The results show that ultimate tension strength,yield strength and elongation rate of the spray formed aluminum alloy is 849 MPa,796 MPa and 3.3% respectively.It could be confirmed that nano-scale grain,solid solution and precipitate phase are mainly responsible for strengthening of the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy,and fracture mode of tensile sample is type of intergranular fracture according to the results of SEM analysis.
