摘    要:由于参加组网拼图的雷达时间不同步,造成数据在拼图中出现系统性误差,使雷达资料可比性降低。通过对雷达体扫过程的研究和针对SC雷达同步实践,结果表明:①GPSNet授时系统不仅是雷达同步观测的重要时间系统,而且在气象业务内网中,将为统一全网设备时间和保障气象信息时基坐标发挥作用;②雷达体扫开始时间设置为6min正点,VCP21雷达体扫持续时间应控制在5rain45S;③雷达体扫同步控制程序一方面要准确判断正点时间并控制数据采集程序取样,男一方面还要保留各雷达站本地化信息和监控等信息;④同步控制程序应与雷达型号无关,是一个通用的控制程序。雷达同步观测实践证明:雷达同步观测技术思路是可行的,进一步完善后具有推广意义。

Abstract:Because of radar time asynchronous in networking jigsaw,it will cause data system error and reduce radar data comparability. Through the analysis of radar volume scanning process and practice in SC radar synchronization observation, the results showed that: (1)the GPS-Net timing system not only is the important synchronous mechanism for distributed radar observation, but also plays an important role in meteorological operation network system for the uniform timing of the whole network and ensuring the time coordinate of the meteorological information; (2)the beginning time of radar volume scanning will be set 6 min punctuality, and duration of VCP21 radar volume scanning should be 5 rain 45 s; (3)The radar volume scanning program should determine the punctual time correctly and control the data collection program to start sampling. On the other hand, the radar volume scanning program should retain the localized radar data and the monitor data; (4) synchronization control program should be independent on radar type and universal. The practice of radar synchronization observation proved that the solution of radar synchronous observation is feasible and possesses extended significance to popularize after perfection.
