煤层气井N2泡沫压裂技术探讨

摘    要:针对中国煤储层三低一高的特点和常规压裂效果差、煤层气井产量低的现状,提出了煤层气井N2泡沫压裂技术。通过实验研究,优选气相、液相,优化泡沫配方,提高铺砂浓度,完善施工技术、储层保护和压后排液措施,现场应用2口井,效果显著。实践证明,N2泡沫压裂技术可有效提高煤层气井产量,推广应用前景较好。

Abstract:Coal measures in China are characterized by three lows and one high,poor effect of conventional fracturing and low production,so that N2 foam fracturing has been proposed for CBM wells.Experimental study has been conducted to optimize gas and liquid phases and foam formula,and to improve sand-packing concentration,operation technique,reservoir protection and postfrac fluid discharge measures.Field application in two wells has achieved remarkable result,showing N2 foam fracturing can effectively increase the...
