吕孟合金及其复合材料的滑动摩擦磨损性能

摘    要:在M-2000型磨损试验机上分别对铝锰基复合材料、铝锰合金与纯铝试样在有、无腐蚀液体条件下的滑动摩擦磨损性能进行了研究,并用LED-1430VP型扫描电子显微镜观察了试样的摩擦磨损表面进行形貌.结果表明,材料在有腐蚀液体情况下的切削磨损量明显高于无腐蚀液体时的粘着磨损量;铝锰基复合材料、铝锰合金、纯铝试样磨痕依次变深,磨屑变大;在锰含量相近的条件下铝锰基复合材料的耐磨性能优于铝锰合金.

Abstract:The sliding friction and wear behavior of aluminum manganese based composite materials,aluminum manganese alloy and pure aluminum were measured through using the M-2000 type tester with or without corrosion liquid,respectively,and their surface morphology was observed by LED 1430 VP type scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the cutting wear is predominant in the materials with the corrosive liquid while adhesion wear is dominant in the matirials without corrosion liquid,and the wear loss of th...
