| 摘 要： | 甲基异丁基酮（MIBK）是合成涂料溶剂和橡胶防老剂的重要原料,其工业生产方法主要有异丙醇法和丙酮法两大类,其中丙酮一步法是目前主要的生产方法。2009年,全世界甲基异丁基酮的生产能力约为55.5万t/a,消费量约为32.0万t。目前我国甲基异丁基酮的总生产能力约为10.5万t/a,2009年消费量约为6.6万t。预计2011年和201 5年对甲基异丁基酮的需求量将分别达到约8.0万t和11.0万t,产能基本上可以满足国内需求。提出了我国甲基异丁基酮行业今后的发展建议。

| Abstract: | Methyl isobutyl ketone（MIBK） is an important raw materials for producing coating solvents and rubber aging inhibitor.There are two ways for production MIBK,including isopropyl alcohol method and acetone method.Acetone method is the most important methods.The production capacity of MIBK in the world was about 555kt/a,with total consumption about 320kt in 2009.The production capacity of MIBK in China was about 105kt/a in 2010,with total consumption about 66kt in 2009.It is forecasted that the total consumption of MIBK in China will reach about 80kt and HOkt in 2011and 2015 respectively.The production can meet the need of market.Suggestions for the development of MIBK in China are put forward. |
