玻璃钢横流冷却塔变频调速的运行节能

摘    要:本文根据经统计分析得到的哈尔滨地区地面逐时气象资料,对微机控制变频调速玻璃钢横流冷却塔的风机能耗进行了动态计算,运用经济分析理论中的动态评价方法,同不调速玻璃钢横流冷却塔的风机能耗进行了定量分析对比,结果表明,尽管变频调速冷却塔初投资高,但其节能效益相当可观,应引起工程界的重视。

Abstract:On the basis of the earth meteorological data statistically analysed in Harbin area, this paper makes dynamic calculations on the fan energy consumption of the GRP crossflow cooling tower with variable frequency devices controlled by microprocessor requlating velocity. A comparative quantitative analysis is made on the energy consumption of the variable speed fan and that of the fixed speed fan,using the dynamic evaluation method of the pressent value cost (PVC) comparision.The calculations prove that the economic effects of the cooling tower with variable speed fan are remarkable.
