钢铁表面纳米Al2O3复合化学镀镍的研究

摘    要:为了讨论纳米粉末的加入对镀层结构、镀层性能及晶化行为的影响,采用铁片为基体,在可获得高磷含量镀层的碱性化学镀镍溶液中,对纳米Al2O3复合化学镀镍进行了研究.扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射、差热分析等研究结果表明:在碱性化学镀镍液中添加纳米Al2O3粉末,可以得到含纳米Al2O3的镀层;与未添加纳米粉末相比,镀层硬度明显增加;镀层中的纳米Al2O3颗粒促进了化学镀镍层的晶化.

Abstract:For digging the effect of the nano-Al2O3 particle in alkali plating solution on the configuration, the capability and the crystallization of the coating, the incorporation of nano-Al2O3 particle into Ni-high phosphorus coating on steel substrate by alkali electroless plating solution has been investigated. By scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis apparatus, the research results show that adding nano-Al2O3 particle to alkali plating solution, the coating containing nano-Al2O3 particle can be obtained and the hardness obviously increases. Nano-Al2O3 particle speeds the crystallization of composite coatings.
