| 摘 要： | 本文提出并实现了基于图形化用户界面的工作流过程定义工具,同时,实现了完全Web化的工作流收发文管理。图形化的过程定义工具可以提高用户建模的效率,可以直观方便的创建复杂的流程定义;B/S架构可以有效改善系统的易用性和降低系统维护工作量。
