STUDY ON THE ECONOMIC EVALUATION IN OIL FIELD EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT

This is a discussion on the economic aspects of oil field exploration and development in the light of the current economic system of our country,based on the experiences of 12 oil fields in Dakang,laying particular emphasis on the substance,method of computation and importance of economic evaluation.It is pointed out that evaluation of geological resources is essential,while evaluation of engineering projects and other economic items is the key,none of them can be dispensed with.A number of border lines have been proposed for economic evaluation in oil field development in future and the method of data collection is dealth with at some length.
