M15甲醇汽油的挥发性实验研究

摘    要:独山子石化公司4 000t/a硫磺回收及尾气处理装置自2011年8月起开始使用低温尾气加氢催化剂CT6-11。1年多的运行实践表明,低温尾气加氢催化剂CT6-11具有良好的低温加氢水解性能,SO2加氢转化率达到100%,COS水解率超过99%。

Abstract:Low temperature hydrogenation catalyst CT6-11 has been used in tail gas treatment unit of sulfur recovery plant with 4 000 t/a of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company since August 2011. The result of running for one year shows that CT6-11 has a good low temperature hydro- genation and hydrolysis performance. Hydrogenation conversion of SO2 can reach 100%, and COS hydrolysis is over 99 %.
