摘    要:CPS硫磺回收装置在长寿分厂建成投产运行后,为保证装置安全平稳、更加优化运行,采取了部分操作改进,主要包括增加酸气分流旁路、改进配风控制方案;空气代替氮气对燃烧炉进行吹扫、尾气灼烧炉增加空气低流量连锁等。

Abstract:CPS sulfur recovery unit is completed and put into operation in Changshou branch, in order to ensure safe and optimized operation of the device, part of the operation improvements is described in this article. Increasing the acid gas shunt bypass, improving air distribution con- trol program; using air purge instead of nitrogen purge and increasing low-flow air chain of ex- haust burning furnace etc. are included.
