摘    要:介绍了扬子石化炼油厂120×104t/a柴油加氢精制装置的基本概况和用能情况,针对装置的特点,在新氢压缩机、加热炉、机泵等方面采取了一系列节能改造措施,既解决了装置生产过程中存在的问题,又大幅度地降低了装置能耗。能耗从装置开工初期的18.42kg标油/t降低到2011年的11.63kg标油/t,同时指出下一步可以通过增设液力透平等措施进一步降低装置能耗。

Abstract:This paper introduces basic situation and energy use of 120 × 10^4 t/a diesel hydrofin- ing unit in Yangzi Petrochemical Refinery. According to the characteristics of the unit, a series of energy saving measures have been put forward on the new hydrogen compressors, heating fur- naces and pumps, which not only solve the problems of these equipments in the production process, but also greatly reduce the unit energy consumption. The energy consumption of the u- nit decreases from 18.42 kgEO/t at the start to11. 63 kgEO/t in 2011. To further reduce the en- ergy consumption of the unit, hydraulic turbine will be added.
