摘    要:在乙醇介质中、碱催化下、以间苯二酚和甲醛为原料合成了部分水解聚丙烯酰胺凝胶化所用交联剂,考察了反应介质、反应物摩尔配比、反应温度以及地层温度等因素的影响。结果表明:①间苯二酚和甲醛在介电常数小于水的有机溶剂中进行反应可以使交联有效期显著延长;②间苯二酚与甲醛以摩尔比为1.0∶2.0反应得到的交联剂与部分水解聚丙烯酰胺所成凝胶在黏度和强度方面优于其他反应物配比;③间苯二酚与甲醛在40℃下反应有利于间苯二酚发生羟甲基化并生成甲阶树脂,可以有更多的交联位点与部分水解聚丙烯酰胺发生交联反应;④合成的间苯二酚-甲醛树脂与部分水解聚丙烯酰胺所形成的凝胶适用于50~90℃的地层温度。

Abstract:The crosslinker for gellation of partly hydrolyzed polyacrylamide was synthesized by the reactants of resorcinal and formaldehyde in ethanol, with alkali as catalysts. The effects of solvent, molar ratio, reaction temperature and formation temperature on gellation were studied. The results showed that. ①the time span for effective crosslinking of HPAM was prolonged pro- foundly when the organic solvents with dielectric constant smaller than that of water were adopt- ed as reaction medial ②the HPAM gel with optimum viscosity and strength was obtained when the crosslinker was synthesized from resorcinal and formaldehyde in the molar ratio of 1.0: 2.0;③the reaction temperature of 40 ℃ was conducive to the hydroxymethylation of res- oreinal and formation of A-stage resin, by which more active sites were available for erosslinkingwith HPAM;④the gel formed from HPAM and resorcinal-formaldehyde resin can be applied for the formation with temperature in the range of 50 ℃ to 90 ℃.
