| 摘 要： | 通过管式结晶器在包钢大方坯连铸机上的应用,以及对铸坯表面质量、内部质量、外形尺寸的跟踪,认为管式结晶器对方坯的表面质量,尤其是角部冷疤有显著的改善,同时内部质量和外形尺寸也能满足产品的要求.管式结晶器在生产中取得了良好的效果.

| Abstract: | Tube mold has been used in the bloom caster at Baotou Steel. The surface quality,internal quality and configuration of the bloom were traced during the trail production period. It was proved that bloom surface quality was improved , and especially defect of corner cold - shut was improved evidently. Both the internal quality and section configuration of the bloom are satisfied the requirement of the products. |
