对江汉油田土地管理工作的思考

土地作为油田企业持续发展的基础,土地管理问题已经逐步上升为影响企业战略目标实现的重要问题。由于土地不断增值,土地资产已成为投资者和经营者必须十分重视的无形资产。强化建设用地管理,合理规划利用土地,盘活存量、减少增量,统筹组织好土地资产利用、土地维护管理、土地资产处置等各环节的工作,管好用好现有土地资源,把油田土地管理工作提高到一个新的水平。

Reflections of Land Control Work of Jianghan Oilfield

Land means the base of sustainable development of oilfield.The land management gradually,however,becomes the key point affecting realization of strategic objectives.Owing to a constant increasing in land value,land assets has become intangible assets both investors and operators must pay attention to.The author suggests doing a good job in such aspects as strengthening the control of land for construction,making a rational plan for land utility,well organizing the work of use,management and disposal of land assets as a whole to raise the land management of oilfield to a new high.
