摘    要:对灌装线主机运动建模是灌装线虚拟制造系统的重要任务,如何在虚拟环境中提高主机运动建模的效率,对于整个灌装线动态仿真的实时性有重要作用。提出利用对等模型和辅助节点来建立卸箱机运动模型。其优点是紧密结合卸箱机的机构运动特点,充分利用WTK的场景构造元素和树状层次结构,显著提高了运动建模的效率,又简单直观,易于理解和实现。详细说明了卸箱机的运动建模过程,并给出相应的运动图线。

Abstract:Kinematical modeling for main machines is one important objective for virtual manufacturing systems, e.g. beverage packaging production line. It is important to improve the kinematical modeling efficiency in virtual environment for promoting realtime simulation . Case-unloader two concepts, peer model and auxiliary node, are firstly put forward in this paper to lever kinematical modeling for case-unloader in virtual environment. The advantages are that they combine with the motion characteristics of the machine, take fully advantage of the scene elements and tree hierarchy structure of World ToolKit, improve modeling efficiency, are easy to understand and implement. Kinematical modeling for the machine is described in detail and motion graph is given in this paper.
