| 摘 要： | 本文分析了机械进丸抛丸器中弹丸进入分丸轮窗口以后的运动过程。推导出了无定向套时进入到分丸轮窗口中的弹丸飞出窗口时的速度，在此基础上推导出了抛丸器正常工作过程中分丸轮窗口中形成的弹丸堆中的弹丸飞出分丸轮窗口时的速度。还进一步分析了分丸轮各窗口中的弹丸能够飞出定向套窗口的临界状态。这为进一步提高分丸轮、定向套等抛丸器易损件的寿命提供了重要的理论依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the movement course of blasting impeller shots after entering the windows has been analyzed.The velocity of shots flying off the windows has been deduced while no control cage is used.The velocity of shots in the pile formed in the windows has been deduced when the blast wheel is normally working.Further more,the critical localization of shots flying off the window in the control cage has been analyzed.These provided an important theoretical base for lengthening the life of the impeller and the control cage. |
