螺旋榨油机榨螺表面抗磨工艺的研究现状

摘    要:介绍了螺旋榨油机榨螺表面抗磨工艺的研究现状,分析了各种工艺的优缺点及研究进展情况;同时介绍了外形结构、工作状况与榨螺相似的塑料挤出机螺杆表面抗磨工艺的研究动向及进展情况,以期为我国螺旋榨油机榨螺表面抗磨工艺的改进提供借鉴。

Abstract:The surface craft to resist wear of the screw research trend and the progress situation in domestic and foreign were introduced in this paper.And the good and bad points in each kind of the surface craft was analyzed.At the same time this paper introduced the surface craft to resist wear of the plastic extruding machine's screw which was similar to the expeller by the contour structure and the working condition in domestic and foreign,pressed out the screw development and the improvement to provide the oil expeller as the model in our country.
