摘    要:按GB 18802.1—2002之规定,进行8/20μs冲击电流下的电涌保护器(SPD)残压测试时,测试结果常受到试验布置的影响。分析高压探头与被测SPD之间的连线方式对残压测量结果的影响。通过对比常见的几种连线方式下的残压测量结果分析认为,利用双绞线进行连接,测得的残压值最为接近真实值。

Abstract:The residual voltage tests were carried out according to GB 18802.1—2002 under 8/20 μs impulse current,but the test results were often affected by the layout of the experiments.The impact of the connection lines between the high voltage probe and the EUT(SPD) on the measured residual voltage results were analysed,compared among the residual voltages measured by several common connection modes,it was concluded that the connection made of twisted line was the most appreciated for residual voltage measurement.
