乙酸乙酯-N,N-二甲基甲酰胺-水三组分物系液液平衡数据的测定及关联

摘    要:为选择适用于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)废水处理的萃取剂,在常压下,用液液平衡釜测定了30,35,40,45,50℃时乙酸乙酯-DMF-水三组分物系的液液平衡数据。采用NRTL和UNIQUAC方程对液液平衡的实验数据进行关联,得到了不同温度下的乙酸乙酯-DMF-水三组分物系的方程参数。采用经验式对不同温度下的方程参数进行关联,得到方程参数的温度经验式。对乙酸乙酯-DMF-水三组分物系,采用UNIQUAC方程关联结果较好,利用UNIQUAC方程计算的温度值与实验值的平均偏差为0.031 0;组分的最大平均偏差为0.017 9。

Abstract:Aiming at choosing a feasible extractant for N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF) wastewater treating,liquid-liquid equilibrium(LLE) data of ethyl acetate-DMF-water ternary system were determined at 30,35,40,45 and 50 ℃ under atmospheric pressure.The activity coefficient models,NRTL and UNIQUAC,were used to regress the LLE experimental data.Empirical equations of model parameters with temperature were obtained.The experimental data were represented satisfactorily by using UNIQUAC model.Calculated compositions based on UNIQUAC model were found to be in good agreement with the experimental data.Total mean absolute deviation of temperature was 0.031 0,and the maximum mean relative deviation for the compositions was 0.017 9.
