摘    要:利用熔盐热岐化反应法成功地进行了氮化铝陶瓷表面钛金属化。利用正交实验法就反应温度、反应时间、K2TiF6浓度3个因素对制备工艺进行探讨,研究各工艺参数对金属化膜厚度的影响。利用XRD、SEM对金属化膜的组成和陶瓷与金属化膜之间的界面进行了分析和观察,并对利用该法进行氮化铝陶瓷表面金属化的反应机理进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:The titanium metallized film on A1N ceramic surface was produced by disproportionation reactions. An orthogonal experiment was designed to determine the influences of the reaction time, reaction temperature and the initial concentration of potassium fluorotitanate(K2TiF6%)in salt on process conditions. Through the experiment, the best process condition was determined. The composition of the coating layers, the microstructure and interface between the film and ceramic substrate were characterized by XRD, SEM. The reaction mechanism between A1N and Ti deposited by disproportionation reaction method was discussed.
