沉着应对,冷静思考--“双沟”总经理赵凤琦的“非典启示”

面对交发“非典”，部分行业的经济发展受到影响。双沟集团在2003年1—3月份销售收入同比增长15.3％，而4～5月受“非典”影响，增长率有所下降，分别为7．5％和5．79％，可谓难能可贵。主要采取了3个措施：(1)市场重点转向农村；(2)营销运作走向家庭；(3)产品向中低档倾斜。“后非典”时期的运作方案：(1)强化质量的有效控制；(2)考虑白酒的营养与健康功效；(3)关注“人文”化及对消费者的健康关爱。(小雨)

The sudden outburst of SARS has seriously inhibited the healthy economic development of some industries.The sales rev-enue of Shuang'gou Group from January to March in2003increased by15.3%in comparison with the same period last year.Howev-er,under the influence of SARS,the growth rate dropped a little in April(7.5%)and in May(5.79%).Such achievement was hard to accomplish.Three main measures were applied for the success:1.market priority oriented to rural district;2.market promotion marched into the family;3.the development of new products focused on low-grade and medium-grade products.The management pro-gram after the control of SARS included:1.to strengthen effective control of product quality;2.to show concerns about nutrition and health functions of liquors;3.to advocate humanism and to develop liquor products presenting concerns to consumers' health.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
