| Abstract: | Whisker is a kind of reinforced material, the application in reinforcing composite has become an important embranchment in the field of composite because of its excellent properties. Some common whiskers were introduced in this article, the new whiskers, such as zinc oxide whiskers,potassium titanate whiskers, aluminum borate whiskers and so on, their methods of preparation,microstructure and performance and application were reviewed. |
