智能仿生矿化仪的研究与设计

摘    要:基于人体生理溶液各参数,设计并建立了一种智能型仿生矿化仪。该仪器能模拟生物材料在体内所处的化学环境和流体力学环境,在线检测模拟体液中Ca2 、H 等离子浓度和系统温度,并自动补充含钙磷离子溶液。采用智能仿生矿化仪对模拟体液r-SBF的温度、钙离子浓度以及pH值等进行智能控制,溶液各参数实际测量值与设定值吻合较好,系统对模拟体液离子浓度、pH值和温度等参数控制可靠性好。

Abstract:A set of intelligent instruments for mimetic mineralization were design based on body fluids physiology data, which could simulate chemical and hydromechanics environment of body in vivo which biomaterials exist in, and detect Ca2 , H ions et al and temperature online, supply solutions contained Ca2 and PO3-4 automatically. Temperature, Ca2 , H ions in rSBF were controled and detected by the intelligent instruments, test data was accordant to initialization data. The parameter on temperature, Ca2 , H ions could be controlled reliably by the system.
