基于单片机的火炮膛内瞬态温度测试系统

摘    要:针对火炮膛内气体瞬态温度测量条件恶劣,技术难度大的问题,设计了一种以蓝宝石光纤传感器为测试探头和单片机为开发平台的测试系统,系统包括蓝宝石高温光纤、耦合器、光电探测器及A/D转换器件。基于P lank黑体辐射定律,分析了系统工作原理,并以单片机为平台进行了系统开发。

Abstract:According to the bad condition and difficult technique of air transient temperature measurement inside wall of guns, a measurement system is designed based on sapphire fiber sensor and a single chip microcomputer. The system consists of the sapphire high temperature fiber sensor, coupler, photo detector and A/D convert machine. The working principle is analyzed according to the Plank's law of blackbody radiation and the system is developed based on a single chip microcomputer.
