| Abstract: | The increase of medical cost,which can be attributed to many factors,is inevitable in the world.The establishment of scientific payment means is the linchpin to controlling the irrational increase of medical expenditure.This article analyzes why the current payment means fails to control the irrational increase and approaches the restrict factors against the reform of current payment means and the corresponding strategies. |
